The HULL PROJECT Story Begins with the First Transformation.
Hull has just started his working life.
He has plenty of hopes for the future, along with a few uncertainties about what lies ahead.
One day, he unexpectedly discovers a mysterious spherical mecha.
Driven by curiosity,
Hull climbs inside and discovers something incredible –
he has transformed into a completely different character.
From that moment on, Hull begins exploring different spherical mechas,
experiencing different roles and imagining what life might be like from another perspective.
The first series, "HULL PROJECT HP-01", brings together six unique characters.
A Cowboy, Clown, Spaceman, Pirate, Boxer, and Chef–each character has a distinct personality and concept, paired with a dedicated spherical mecha that combines character design with mechanical elements.
With rounded mecha forms, character-inspired details,
and playful mechanical styling, each transformation creates a completely different look and personality.
Together, these six characters become the first members of Hull's journey through different possibilities.
Six characters. Six imaginations. One question: What would life be like if you could become someone else?
Character Profile
COWBOY
“Freedom, adventure, and forging my own path.”
A little more freedom—sometimes, Hull also wants to break away from his familiar life.
Once he climbs into his spherical mech, he becomes a cowboy. With his hat on and his cowboy boots laced up, the world before him suddenly feels vast. There’s no set direction, and no one tells him where to go next. The cowboy embodies a courageous, forward-looking attitude toward life. You may not know where the journey ends, but you’re willing to set out anyway.
For Hull, who’s just entering the working world, this might be exactly what he’s learning right now.
CLOWN
“Creativity, humor, and imagination unbound by answers.”Think of it this way—not everything needs a standard answer.
When Hel becomes a clown, he begins to view the world around him from a completely different perspective. Things he once thought could only be done one way suddenly reveal another possibility. The clown isn’t in a hurry to follow the rules. He likes to take familiar things apart and put them back together in his own way.
Sometimes it’s absurd, sometimes it’s funny… and that’s exactly why Her began to realize that imagination itself is a kind of ability.
SPACEMAN
“Explore the unknown, and explore yourself.”
The world is bigger than you can imagine—Her truly felt this for the first time after becoming an astronaut.
When his gaze shifted away from the familiar streets, the things that had once troubled him suddenly didn’t seem so overwhelming anymore. The universe is vast, and the unknown is even vaster. But it’s precisely because we don’t know what lies ahead that we’re even more eager to keep exploring. The astronaut represents Her’s vision of the future. Even without knowing where the next stop is, he’s willing to set out with curiosity.
PIRATE
“Be brave and go after the life you want.”
Some dreams can’t just be kept in your heart.
After becoming a pirate, Herl found himself making decisions with more courage than usual. What lies ahead might be a storm, or it might be completely uncharted waters. But if you stay put, you’ll never know what’s ahead.
The pirate represents a spirit of adventure that refuses to settle for the ordinary. It’s not about being fearless. It’s about being willing to move in the direction you want to go, even if you’re a little afraid.
BOXER
“Believe in yourself and keep moving forward.”
Life doesn’t always go smoothly.
Hel soon discovered this. After becoming a boxer, he began to understand that true strength isn’t just about the power of a punch, but whether you’re willing to get back up after facing setbacks.
If you lose, you can try again; if you don’t do well, you can practice again. Those small, seemingly ordinary improvements are actually steps forward. For Hel, who was just beginning to navigate the world, this was a very practical lesson. You don’t have to become amazing overnight—but at the very least, don’t give up on yourself too easily.
CHEF
“Create something—and share a little joy.”
Life isn’t just about work—nor is it merely about completing today’s tasks.
When Her became a chef, he began to discover that a simple dish can yield completely different results depending on one’s approach. Ingredients can be recombined, and flavors can be readjusted. Something that was once unremarkable can become a meal people look forward to. Being a chef represents both creation and sharing.
Some joys simply cannot be achieved alone. When Her was willing to share his ideas, he also began to appreciate the process of accomplishing things together with others.

The core appeal of〈HULL PROJECT〉stems from the reimagining of “Characters × Mecha.”
Each character is paired with a spherical mecha that echoes their unique traits. By blending the mecha’s rounded contours and armor details with the character’s design, familiar character archetypes are given new visual possibilities.

The rounded shape reduces the sense of distance often associated with mechanical design while retaining the playful elements of armor structures, striking a balance between cuteness, coolness, and a mechanical aesthetic.
【 The Characters Themselves Are the Soul of Each Work 】
Characters such as cowboys, astronauts, pirates, boxers, clowns, and chefs are reinterpreted through their respective mechs, giving each transformation a distinct visual personality.
These characters ultimately form the “HULL PROJECT” but the squad is not set in stone.
As long as Hull continues to imagine, new characters may emerge.
